Refund policy

We will accept returns within 14 days from when you received your order. This applies to items that are purchased via arctticapparel.com .

Returning goods must be in perfect, unused condition, re-packed in it's original packing.

We do not accept returns due to wrong sizes.

We do not offer free returns, any shipping fees associated with returns are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded.
Arcttic Apparel is not responsible for any return shipping charges or lost returns.
